Bought a Warhammer II key for Steam. Said "Wrong Country".

Submitted ticket, 2 days later they said it was a problem with a vendor they had and it will be resolved in less than 3 days. I wait 5 days and politely ask. They say they are still working on it. 2 weeks later they still have my $50 and after asking politely again, they say they have to sell the key before I will get my money back.

Then they closed the support ticket.

I have written off my money as gone. This is the last time I ever go to CJS.

Reason of review: Never received key, will not refund.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
