Wish I'd never found them on the web. Thought I found a deal but was wrong!

The download process is overly complicated and made me suspicious, so I didn't continue. Asked for a refund but they are just playing games sending emails from 'Agent M' who can't seem to grasp the concept that if you didn't complete the download process, you have not consumed the product and a refund should me made.

15 emails and still no resolution. I ended up buying from Mircosoft, so have paid twice as CJS CD Keys are refusing an unconditional refund - but don't even have the courtesy to confirm that!

Monetary Loss: $33.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Complicated process and extremely bad customer service, No refund even through didnt use their product, Very bad customer service and attitude.

If you used paypal, open up a resolution. you will get a refund very soon.

If you used a credit card, file a chargeback against them.

Thanks. Got a refund through my credit card company after explaining their shocking behaviour.

I hope the card company bans CJD CD Keys from making further transactions with their 11m cardholders. They are horrible to deal with and should be closed down.
