Bought a Windows 7 key with the intention of downloading Windows 7 from Microsoft. The key didn't work - Microsoft said it was invalid.

I immediately requested a refund and supplied screenshots as evidence. One week later and I'm still arguing with them. First they asked for a bunch of details I'd already given them: the error message; the email address I ordered with - which, yes, was the email I was complaining from; the order number (which I'd forwarded to them as part of the original ticket). They refused to provide a refund and instead say they needed to "investigate".

Now all they say is "it's being investigated as the highest priority" and I'm yet to receive a refund. I've had to open a dispute via PayPal as they will not refund me.

I do not give a single solitary f**k about their "investigation" and just need my money back. They refuse to give it.

I didn't like: That they sell used codes, No resolution, Customer service, Slow email response time, Scammed me.
